KEW GARDENS WEDDINGS

“We wanted to thank you so so much for all your help and guidance, we loved every second of our beautiful wedding and couldn’t have done it without you! Every detail was perfect and seeing the Orangery before everyone came in was so magical, it made us feel really emotional!”

Kew Gardens is one of the most iconic places in London and I’ve found over the years that it often holds a special place in the hearts of couples who choose it for their wedding, either because they live close by, or because they have happy memories of going there on dates. As a London wedding planner, I have had the privilege of planning numerous unique weddings at this prestigious venue and it remains a firm favourite.

Timeless & elegant luxury weddings at Kew Gardens

All of the Kew Gardens weddings I’ve planned so far have been different and that’s one of the best things about the venue. Although the spaces are predefined and there are a few restrictions to be aware of, there is a huge amount of flexibility and creative potential.

Whenever I’m styling weddings at Kew Gardens, I am always inspired by the seasons, with summer and autumn being especially exciting. Contemporary and classic schemes work equally well because of the elegant surroundings and neutral backdrops. Over the years, I've got to know many of their preferred suppliers, and, drawing on my extensive experience as a Kew Gardens wedding planner, I will help you narrow down the list and suggest alternatives depending on how you visualise your celebrations.

For those travelling or planning a destination wedding in London, Kew is perfectly located for guests flying into Heathrow and staying in nearby Richmond. Or, if you prefer the hustle of the city, I will arrange transport from Central London to the serene gardens of Kew.

“We came across Emma’s work firstly through Instagram, specifically looking at the beautiful weddings she’d already put together at Kew Gardens. After meeting Emma we knew we’d found the one!

Emma helped us bring to life what will always be remembered as the best day of our lives!”

Classic Kew Gardens Orangery Weddings

If you choose the Kew Gardens ‘Classic Wedding’ you will dine and dance in the newly-restored Orangery. This is another bright and airy space where it’s possible to have long or round tables depending on your preference and numbers. A circular bar in the centre of the room will separate the dining area from the dancefloor and stage, but a long bar looks spectacular too.

“Words can’t express how wonderful it was working with Emma, not only on the day but in the lead-up to our wedding. She completely understood our vision for the aesthetics and feeling of the day and she delivered better than we could have imagined.”
